Verify that your PC Wi-Fi is turned On and the connected network is the same as that on your Android device. On your PC, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Start by checking your mobile connection in Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi and note the name of the network under the current network heading.
